Job Description

  • Receiving brief from Account and deploying execution plan
  • Participating in brainstorm session
  • Building cost list and developing quotation
  • Managing project timeline and quality
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of projects
  • Coordinating with related parties: supplier/vendor
  • Build effective plan between Activation sites to optimize time and costs
  • Recruiting, training large numbers of personnel, supervising, coordinating and managing personnel closely so that there are no mistakes that greatly affect the company and customers.
  • Logistic management for activation project
  • Prepare documents before, during and after the project
  • Plan long-term and short-term activation projects


  • University /College Graduate in Advertising, Business, Marketing or related majors
  • Knowledgeable about Activation Management
  • Excellent communication, proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative;
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and process information scientifically
  • Flexibility, effective teamwork skills, a willingness to learn
  • A passion for activation. Following latest activation trends
  • Honest and straightforward, open-minded and friendly
  • Careful, hardworking, capable of managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to think independently or work in a team
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, ready to take on assigned tasks

Working Condition

  • Full time
  • Probation period: 2 months
  • Benefit and salary following company’s policies
  • Annual leaves: 12 days
